Kathleen McGinley offers a variety of classes and workshops in self-discovery for healing and self-empowerment with the ultimate goal of embracing your authenticity.

Based in the beautiful, beach side towns of Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, these self-development workshops are transformational as Kathleen incorporates a variety of tools that she used to transform her own life from despair to an authentic, extraordinary one.

Adventure-based, problem solving activities and shamanic rituals and ceremonies in nature provide an eclectic approach to these consciousness -building workshops. With a major emphasis on self-discovery, Kathleen creates fun, experiential-based workshops that deepen one’s relationship with self, others, the Universe and the natural world.
